Diamond Richardson is a pre-med student at the University of Pittsburgh pursuing dual bachelor’s degrees in Natural Sciences and Africana Studies. She is passionate about advancing healthcare through research and hopes to become a physician dedicated to improving equitable healthcare for underserved communities. Her academic interests include neuroscience, clinical research, and human disease.
Beyond the laboratory Diamond serves as Vice President of the University’s Some of God’s Children Gospel Choir and works as a Patient Care Technician. Through her membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, she is dedicated to scholarship, service, and community engagement. Outside of her academic and professional endeavors, she enjoys singing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
